Session Expired- cannot get into the game at all

Hi. I can't get into the game since around 4pm eastern US time saturday. A box pops up that states "SESSION EXPIRED. You're account was used on another device, please retry to login again." I only play on this phone.
I try to retry to no avail. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I'm on a galaxy s7, playing version 3.2.0 and my user name is MokieMokinopolis.
UPDATE---I can strangely get in on my old s4, but still not my s7 though

  • Hi @MokieMokinopolis Could it be that you S7 has recently updated to a new android version?

    It seems that for some players something has gone wrong when updating to the newest Android and the device sends a "duplicate" signal, that our servers interpret as someone else playing.

    Can you please try deleting both the Data and the Cache of the app and then try again? Some players have had to restart their devices after deleting those, before it works properly. Let us know how it goes!

  • Hi. This happened to me today. I followed what was recommended here. Now the game is working but i have lost all saved data. Galaxy S7 edge and been playing on this for about 4 months. Google play service at this stage has not remember any saved data.
    (I was in "top team")
    Big bugger!

  • Hey @Dre, just send us a message from inside the game (Settings -> Support) and tell us your old ID or the exact name that you had (knowing the Team can help us locate the account, too)

    After that, you will be asked some information about the account that no one else could know so we can verify that the account is yours. After that the process is super simple to relink the accounts :)

  • Hmmm this happened to me again just now. I played a bunch this morning like normal and tried to play at lunch like I do everyday but I can't get in again.
  • Got to some Wi-Fi and uninstalled/installed and is ok again.
  • x_X Oh no! sorry about that! Once the guys get to the office we'll get them right into the issue, we have a very good lead so hopefully that brings us to the root of the problem.
