"Your account was used on another device, press retry to login again." - FIX

Hi everyone!

If you were getting the error saying "Your account was used on another device, Press retry to log in again" or another saying "Cannot connect to server" Please download to the latest version of the game (3.3.2 or above) as we have released a fix. We are really sorry about this, With Android updating to 7, it broke some things for us but we are now back on track. Just download the new version and try playing like normal, if you have any other issues after, please let us know so we can look into it!

If you had started doing a previous fix (deleting the data and cache) we will still need to connect you back to your account. We will do this manually but we need you to please send us a message from inside the game (Settings -> Support) and send us your player ID for your old account, we will then verify your ownership of the account and link you back to it.
