The first part is most usually true but we all now there are big exceptions (horrible, bumpy levels getting up to a quarter of a million likes), unfortunatly I doubt there's a solution for it.

It certainly looks like the reason, there're fantastic levels out there, and out of them all they've got to like those horrible, boring , #$%&*^ levels.
is it possible to do a winter tournament with this route?
